Shared Efforts, Lasting Impacts

On December 16, the Teleton Foundation and the Governor of the State of Colima, Indira Vizcaino, recognized ten companies, including SSA Marine Mexico, for their decisive support in making the construction of the Colima Children Rehabilitation and Inclusion Center (CRIT) possible. Thanks to the participation of the business sector and community, fundraising exceeded 1.9 million dollars, allowing the state to contribute 8% of Teleton’s national annual goal and placing Colima among the leading contributors nationwide. During the event, Jorge Alcantara, General Director of the Teleton Children System, announced that CRIT Colima will be the most advanced and best equipped center of its kind. Construction is scheduled to begin with the groundbreaking planned for February and the inauguration expected in October 2026. SSA Marine Mexico was represented by Ana Maria Camacho, Director of Public Relations and Government Affairs. This recognition underscores social impact focused on inclusion, opportunity, and shared progress.
